Should I buy new or refurbished?
For everyday use, a quality refurbished business machine is often the better value. For gaming, heavy editing, or if you want the latest features, new can make more sense. We’ll walk you through it.
Can you move my files from my old computer?
Yes. We can copy over your photos, documents, and other files so you don’t have to start from scratch.
Do you buy used computers?
Yes. Tell us the make and model, about how old it is, and anything that’s wrong with it, and we’ll make you an offer. You can sell it to us outright or trade it in toward something else.
What should I do with my old computer?
Sell it to us or trade it in. If you’d rather keep it or give it away, we can securely wipe it so it’s safe to pass on, or pull the drive so you can keep your files.
